Louis DeMeo, BFA, M.A., M.Div
Louis DeMeo has been planting churches since 1976. He and his wife, Janey, spent 22 years in France where they founded a church, one of the first Christian Schools and a major Theological Institute which trained French missionaries and pastors—many of whom then started churches in other parts of France or other countries. The DeMeos have traveled all over the world to mentor leaders in ministry, but their major thrust has been France, Italy and French-speaking Western Africa.
THE DEMEOS
In 2004, the DeMeos moved from France to California where Louis continues to mentor men, church-plant and evangelize as well as traveling to do overseas missions. He has formed several men's groups in San Diego area, and Orange County. He also planted a house church in San Clemente and Newport Beach.
Louis and Janey taught in their Theological Institute in France for 20 years, and then taught for two years at the Calvary Chapel Bible College in southern California. They have an M. Div and M.A. from Luther Rice University. Louis also founded Christian Surfers in France and became the chaplain for the WCT pro-surfers tournament. Prior to ministering in France, Louis planted churches in Montreal (Canada), Central New Jersey and Cape Cod.
In France, Louis DeMeo’s work was catalyst to the planting of 4 churches in France and 16 other churches in West French Africa, Romania, Albania, Switzerland... He also trained pastors who work in Spain and Italy.
Having been mentored by many quality men of God such as Howard Hendricks, Stephen Olford (who influenced Billy Graham), Gene Getz, Carl Stevens, Ron Long, and Chuck Smith,
Louis continues to mentor men. He is best known as a mentor, life coach, discipler of men, pastor and inspirational teacher.
Janey DeMeo is the founding director of Orphans First, a non-profit ministry to orphans and suffering children around the world (with homes and programs in India, Mexico, Siberia…): www.orphansfirst.org.
She is also a Bible teacher, women's speaker, author and freelance writer: www.Janey.DeMeo.com. The DeMeos also pioneered religious liberty issues in France, which connected them with the U.S. State dept. and several US congressmen and senators have since remained friends.
Louis is Italian-American, and Janey is British. They have two grown children who were born in France, and now grandchildren. They all speak English, French & Italian.

LOUIS DEMEO
A pastor since 1979, Louis DeMeo has been heavily involved in church planting and evangelism. Having lived internationally for over 25 years, Louis has been called to share God's Word around the world through evangelism, Bible teaching and discipleship. Louis founded one of France's largest Bible colleges from 1984 to present where numerous pastors and teachers have shared in his work. Louis DeMeo currently heads up Men's Groups throughout Southern California, discipling men and couples, teaching the Bible and counseling.
